The project is to be
located in Longwood, Florida
and be an environmentally green community with sustainable design
features and energy saving home designs. The site will
preserve as many of the existing trees as possible and will protect the
wetlands to the north. The neighborhood is planned to contain
several bird houses and community spaces including a vegetable
garden. The houses are to be made mostly of recycled
materials, such as fly ash concrete and recycled steel.
